Membership Structure

  • Each membership is assigned to a single individual.
  • Membership benefits, including access to meetings, events, and resources, are non-transferable.
  • Additional individuals from the same organisation must apply separately.

 

Meeting & Participation Policy

  • Only one individual per membership is permitted to attend group meetings.
  • Members must register in advance for any scheduled meetings, training sessions, or events.
  • Active participation is encouraged to maximise the value of networking opportunities.

 

Code of Conduct

  • Members must conduct themselves professionally, with respect for all participants.
  • Promotion of products or services should be relevant, ethical, and aligned with the group's purpose.
  • Disruptive behaviour, spamming, or excessive self-promotion is not permitted.

 

Communication & Engagement

  • Members should actively engage in discussions, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration.
  • Any official communication related to the network will be shared via designated platforms.
  • Confidentiality must be maintained regarding sensitive discussions within the group.

 

Payment & Membership Fees

  • Membership fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
  • Fees cover individual access to the network and its resources.
  • Non-payment or late payment may result in temporary suspension or removal.

 

Policy on Adding Members to the Group

  • Only the designated individual on the membership is permitted access to group discussions, meetings, and events.
  • This policy ensures fair participation, structured discussions, and equal opportunities for all members.

 

  • At the B2B Energy Network, we value consistency and personal engagement as the foundation for building meaningful business relationships. Each member joins as an individual committed to collaboration, knowledge sharing, and trust.

 

  • To maintain the integrity of our network, attendance at meetings by delegated colleagues is not permitted. The strength of our community lies in the ongoing presence and participation of the named member, which enables the development of genuine relationships and mutual support.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent attendance.

 

  • In such cases, we encourage you to notify the leadership team led by tracey@b2benergy.co.uk so we can ensure you remain informed of key updates and opportunities.

 

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Members’ personal and business details will be kept secure and used only for network-related purposes.
  • Members may not share contact details of other members without prior consent.

 

Termination of Membership

  • Membership may be revoked if a member fails to adhere to the policies or engages in inappropriate behaviour.
  • Refunds will not be provided for terminated memberships due to policy violations.

 

Amendments & Updates

  • This policy is subject to periodic review and updates to ensure alignment with the network’s goals.
  • Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
